Hello all!

For those who would be interested, I believe that I am back Smile , at least as long as I pay my cell phone bill anyway. So for those of you who have sent me emails with questions about my dlls, my apologies for not responding. Please feel free to email me again with your questions and I will try to resolve whatever problems or questions that I can.

Just to ensure that my email address is correct:

Thanks Garrett and Sheep. It's good to be back.Smile
As for the phones speed, probably around 56K. Confused
Although the phone reports 115200 bps (@ 112.5 k)?

115200 bits = 14.4k, hope that's not right, lol.
I do think that's what my Sprint phone connected at though.

My cell provider is Sprint. Smile The tooltip for the dialer software reports
"so many bytes of data revieved and so msny bytes of data sent @
115200 bps" which I am assuming the 'b' would stand for bytes?

Found this:
"Serial speed is 115200 bps, bps means bit-per-second. 1 byte means 8 bit, but additional 1 start bit and 1 stop bit. so 115200 bps means 115200 / 10 = 11520 byte/sec."
Realistically it's the same as being on a 14.4k regular modem connection I believe... better than nothing Smile

Glad yer back online Bill. Smile

Actually I think the BPS displayed is gonna be your com port
speed and has nothing to do with your internet connection speed.
If I'm not mistaken, ya can connect at 56k with a port speed of
9600. Wink

Cheers, Mac Smile

Welcome Back Bill,
It's been such a long time. I am glad to see your back. If we hang around long enough then eventually it seems that all the old-timers return Wink

Welcome back!!!

Your work is the best, and I'm glad you are back so we can talk about them.

Are you saying your connection it through your cell phone? Shocked

FF says:

That would be correct FF. For now anyway.

Thanks to all. I have some updates for existing dll's coming, as well as
a few new dll's. But that's all I'll say for now:) Twisted Evil
