Does anyone have more info on the VDSGATE.DLL? It's listed on dialogscript.com
but doesn't have much info on it. It doesn't even have a demo script or
instructions on how to use it on the site or in the download.
Here's the only info I've got:
| Quote: | VDS Gateway Extension - 1.6
File: vdsgate.zip
Size: 29 Ko/Kb
Platform: Microsoft Windows 9x - NT4
Registration: Freeware - VDS registered users only
Description: This is an extension command for Visual DialogScript (32-bit version.) It adds a @CALL command and CALL function to the vocabulary of VDS. It's an evolutive DLL. It will be capable to act as a "Gateway" with others DLL. At this time, this lets you write in the registry in string, binary, hexadecimal and DWord mode.
NOTE: This extension is for registered users of Visual DialogScript only. It will not work with Personal VDS '97. Before this extension will run with compiled VDS EXEs, an authorization code is required. Details are in readme.txt. |

I think it's only for writing to the registry really... I also think it has become obsolete
with release of VDS 4. |

Thank you. It's been kind of a mystery. _________________ FreezingFire
