Is there a way to tell if the IE toolbars are hidden or not, and to hide them in VDS?
Thanks _________________ Chris

That just hides the Menu toolbars. What I need it to be able to tell if the address bar, control buttons etc... are hidden. Like on a popup window from IE (any version) I am building a kiosk and I need to hide these controls on IE (6 or 7). I tried to use the registry but that only works in IE 6. IE 7 is a different story. I cannot file a way to hide them. anyone know how to do that? _________________ Chris

| Just a helpful note, in IE7 you cannot hide the address bar on a popup window. Microsoft made that change to prevent phishing scams by presenting a popup window with the user not knowing what address he/she is on. |

Well, after much looking, I did find a way that it can be done. I don't know if I should post it here or not. It does work. It is right from the MS site. Now I need to be able to hide the favorites toolbar/buttons and the buttons for home/print/settings etc.. _________________ Chris
